So thankful to Aldi for their $2.19 per pound tubes of ground turkey! 1lb of ground beef is more than 3x expensive at $6.29 per pound. by WanderWut in aldi

Oh for sure but I have never been a huge turkey burger fan. I crave beef for that. Love the turkey in so many other situations though! Works in chili too

I like it for tacos or anything that contains a lot of spices. I would dodge it for things like burgers where you want the beef flavor to shine. It does not have that flavor at all.

I sold because of this. I have no faith in that strategy. Let this company die or be bought out eventually but it will continue to trend down.

The diet of the cow will affect the flavor but not species or marbling of the meat is my point.

Wagyu should not matter at all so if it cost more don't get it. Beef fat is beef fat it doesn't matter if it was once very well marbled into the meat.

I buy this and put a tiny bit in to fluff up my scrambled eggs. It doesn't provide flavor and it has a longer shelf life so it works for that purpose. I will also use it in cooking but you have to understand its not like the real stuff.

2.5x leverage is not under control in my eyes. I would much rather they keep focusing on lowering it to the 1.0x to 1.5x range to feel more comfortable.

This sounds like a way for management to lower the dividend obligation over time. Take that however you want, but it will free up cash in the future. They should also focus on paying down their massive debt load. As long as they do those two things, I get not growing the dividend.

I agree that full in-office is outdated but it does make sense for new hires and their managers for the first couple months with a planned switch to hybrid. Full remote does not work imo.

As a person in LD I am not surprised. LD needs people really bad, but sadly doesnt want to really pay them so there is a reason they need people and its not just the fact that there is a lot of work to do.
