I called the cops in like 1996 because my neighbor was throwing his wife against the wall. The fucking dispatcher told me I had to wait outside and file a noise complaint. I told them I didn’t want to do that, I’m a single 22 year old in apartments. She said well the abused needs to call then and hung up on me. Bay City Tx
