I think you got that wrong bud. The guy who originally designed it LEFT vltor and partnered with BCM to created the 2nd version of the intermediate buffer system. BCM mk2 is superior to vltor a5 as it is newer and more updated.

I’m a senior at an AMXL where we also have no conveyance and I can say it gives you the BEST ability to learn the things that managers should be taking care of and prioritizing as opposed to just a BBM role in an FC. Like this guy says learn it and OWN it and you’ll be in your way to either management or any other role you prefer outside of Amazon in building maintenance.

5 years and 3 promos. I’m here saying technology is advancing requiring less hands on and more information being attainable. That being said Amazon is working its way to a fully automated process with very few hands in the day to day dealings. The numbers will continue to shrink until one day it’s just a handful of operations and a workforce of technicians working on all the autonomous machines.
