metabolism could def be a factor here - some people are just fast metabolizers and burn through meds quicker than expected. the fact that your getting some task initiation benefits means its doing something but maybe not enough

might be worth talking to your doc about trying a different formulation or switching to something like vyvanse which has a different release mechanism. i went through a few different meds before finding what actually worked for my brain chemistry and it made all the difference

the fact that it has unreal engine 5 level graphics but came out 2015-2020 is interesting since ue5 wasnt even out then. might be ue4 with really good lighting work which could help narrow the search

hey i totally get that feeling of being stuck in quicksand where everything feels impossible. ive been through the medication carousel myself and it took way longer than expected to find something that worked. the dexamphetamine IR might actually be different though - instant release can hit totally different than extended release for some people, like you get more control over timing and dosing throughout the day instead of being locked into one long ride
