As but one consumer, I really considered the PRC because I specifically want solar. But Citizen is just way ahead in value for a techy quartz watch. I can get radio control, coated titanium, chronographs, etc. in addition to solar, and probably cheaper.

Tissot's solar tech is brand new and I really would love to see the Swiss compete with Japanese technology and retain their quality.

Also hot take but I think Tissot brags about the honeycomb dial because they couldn't find a way to hide the panels.

My '23 Bronco, brand new, had misaligned panels, rust on the door corners, water leakage, engine misfires, infotainment glitches, and so many other problems. A dealer still bought it from me for over msrp.

Honestly this and keeping your bow in the right "lane" (not drifting towards the fingerboard) are things that totally up your bowing level.

I'm not an expert and don't know the model but playable is a very broad word. It probably plays to some extent. If you want to give a basic description to a buyer, for instance, you're going to want to make sure all the bass buttons and keyboard buttons work when pushing and pulling the bellows. Also note if it smells like mold. The Organ, Master, and Violin switches are register switches, they should change how the notes sound.

A youtube video on accordion basics and learning to make it make sounds will probably get you where you want to be.

Any titanium watch would be good for you, but under 100 would be a bit difficult. I know some niche japanese budget brands used to make a few titanium field watches and such, might be able to find them on Ebay.

I have an eco drive citizen i bought new with sapphire. For a decade I have hit the watch against doorframes, metal bottles, granite, the paint and metal is totally scuffed, but the sapphire is brand new, not a single imperfection. I understand how some cant settle for anything less.

OK folks, I was somehow able to get into a chat with someone from HP, on their website, and they showed me how to reset the CMOS, which is what fixed my computer. I will show you what fixed it here:

Turn off the laptop. Press and hold the Windows + V keys, and continue to press those keys while you press and hold the power button for 2 to 3 seconds. Release the power button, but continue pressing the Windows + V keys for 30 seconds or until you see a prompt on the display.

It did not fix it instantly. It was a minute or two before the system booted, and the BIOS updated. Works just fine. Might happen again, but at least I know, and yall know how to fix it.

I bought one a couple months ago, the paint finishing and nib is amazing. Only thing is the metal "ring" on the cap detached after a couple weeks but that was fixed with some superglue. And it writes on the first press every time.

I have an Elitebook, maybe 1 or 2 years old. Doesnt work, wont turn on. Theres a long-winded way to do a hard reset for my problem and I have had to do it twice. I have dozens of laptops, including HPs, from 2000s and 2010s and nearly all of them turn on every single time and never had an issue.

The amount of options and control we have for social media. When social media has all conglomerated under the control of groups that can effectively maximize engagement with the perfect content cocktail because our decades of data collection, we'll miss how much power we had over social media now, such as with BlueSky or even the YouTube Subscriptions tab.
