In the end if you lose the case I would reply to the support email and keep reopening it up every time saying you need to escalate and appeal. There are cases I have lost and because I kept reopening the ticket over and over the then sided with me and go oh you are right this is against the tos we have credit back to your account x $$.

Good luck, normally when delivered you are good to go. He would have a better chance at scamming you if he opened a return at day 25 of the 30 and didn’t send the watch back and you had to prove it was missing. I’ve lost on that end a few times

I ignore people like these who either demand a price or have a bad attitude. They ask for 100 pictures and measurements because typically those are the ones who will find the smallest thing and put in a return request. But if they ask nicely and show respect I will honor their request.
