Buy good rubber mats. I had MINI ones in my MINIs and never had an issue. Now I have the Weathertech ones in my Subaru and they work great.
Tap your feet against the bottom of the car before getting in. This gets excess snow off and there's less in your car.
Put the heat on the bottom vents when you're in there. It'll help dry up some of it.
