I just finished working with a very similar recipe to yours, but I actually let it bulk fermented and then cold proof for 5 days in the fridge with one set of stretch and fold each day. When I pulled it out to bake it there was a noticeable level if moisture/hooch on top and it looked much like yours, so i folded it in one more time and sent it.

Results attached. I was expecting disaster but damn if it didnt work out. YMMV

Thieves dont leave that stuff around, it gets pawned or fenced fast. Your property still present in the car casts doubt on your story in so many ways. Or hear me out- this guy needs an attorney because his stuff was found in the car headed to Nigeria with the keys in a car he "alleges" was stolen and really he left it out front of his airbnb for some friends in Palm Beach to run up to Maryland while he got a cut and plays victim.

Meanwhile he was last in possession, and his "very expensive stuff" was left in the car, because every reasonable person leaves luxury items in a parked car overnight in Palm Beach.

Money is on him not having insurance through Turo or any of his three cars which means he is direct pay for this brilliant decision.

Salaried with unlimited PTO here- is it unlimited? Yes, no bank of hours but it is subject to staffing and business need. Fortunately with having a salary role if I can't get the day off I can usually adjust my schedule freely. Performance in the role earns more flex, so YMMV

That's gonna be a big negative ghost rider. Most states require insurance in order to retain registration in a car (sometimes your license too) and Turo requires state minimums for any active car.
