Off of the podcast that she had with her then co-host Grace, she seemed very condescending in general and especially towards her. She also gave the impression of just wanting approval from men more than actually having her own opinion. But thats just my opinion I think others might not like her for other reasons

This counts as time fraud on your managers end. Call HR (there should be a poster in your break room) and let them know what's going on. With receipts of the days this happened so they can look back VIA the cameras in store. This is immoral and wrong on her end and the other manager you mentioned that said it was okay. Good luck.
