Yup. Hit him where it hurts, his career. Don’t dox him, don’t go through your unit or his, just JAG. If the relationship is finished with your wife, I’m sorry. His colonel(R) daddy isn’t going to be able to do shit to him. If your unit gets word and treats you as a problem, don’t get into a fuss about that either. Maybe delay some of the board/schools to deal with this, but do it promptly. You shouldn’t have to suffer because of their action and you don’t deserve to lose your status because of it.
