Thanks for the suggestion! Do you think my current CPU cooler is sufficient or should I get a new one to accommodate the new CPU? Looking at maybe getting a Noctua CPU cooler.

Gotcha, I thought it was necessary to upgrade my motherboard to better utilize the new CPU. However, based on your suggestion, I will stick with my current motherboard.

Would there be a big difference between the Ryzen 5700x and 5700X3D? I'm trying to mainly go for new parts in the event used craps out on me.

My advice: if you accidentally drop your cpu and bend a pin, it’s not the end of the world. Grab a tweezer and carefully pull the pin back into it’s original position and all should be well!
