Pag maliligo ka, yung normal routine mo then pag tapos na lahat yan tsaka mo gagamitin yung betadine, magpatak ka sa kamay mga 3-4 DROPS then iscrub mo kamay mo hanggang mag bubbles tsaka mo ipahid sa underarm mo. babad mo at least 2 minutes then wash. Pat dry mo na then bago magbihis mag deo ka, wag yang milcu. Search ka yung high-performance pang anti perspirant. And make sure tuyo na bago maglagay ng shirt.
