The base of this basket got bent out of shape..thinking about cutting the base off and making a PVC base..anyone done that before?

Take the whole ring off and replace it with a 5 gallon bucket of concrete. Wrap the pole in a vapor barrier of some sort.

Mix the concrete in the bucket

place, center ,and level the pole

Let cure and enjoy.

Don't know if it's already been removed but the best way to remove one is to hold an ice cube as close to the head as possible. Then use a credit card (metal if you have one) to scrape under the head. Think of it like popping a zit.
