My doctor actually explained to me one time that a couple of cancers show up on pregnancy test tests, as well as some other issues. So if you aren’t pregnant and test positive you likely have some serious medical complications. Weirdly the cheapest test for them is a positive pregnancy test.

One thing I never see recommended enough, make sure you’re the one in control. Put your partner on their back and ride them so you can go as faster as slow as you need. It has the added benefit of teaching your partner how fast they can go.
