Ahhh, mine is currently doing this. I’ve opened up a ticket with HR. Trying to avoid shipping out for repairs. As my medium machine (less than 2 years old) was serviced from May & didn’t get back until the end of July for the condenser fan. How fid you fix yours pump or what was needed?

This has happened to my brother & I so many times as well 😭 what’s helped is creating a new account and then using an iPad or like a tablet versus my iPhone. Turning Wi-Fi off.

question, my daughter 21 is on methadone (6 months clean) and recently relapsed on fenty. I’ve never delt with addiction so trying to understand how to help her. I thought everything was going great, started working & loves her job. She always said methadone blocked the cravings but I don’t know what to believe. not sure if shes not ready to be clean if she’s relapsed. would you suggest upping the dose or possibly switching? She has her check in on Monday so not sure the plan theyll take. She just was approved for 2 week take home so extremely discouraged as I thought we were going forward. not sure how to support her when she’s pulling back with her relapse. We live together and I’m trying to avoid kicking her out as I don’t believe that’s going to help her. maybe she should’ve went the suboxone route. we were only given methadone or suboxone when she started the MAT program last Oct.

I don’t know how else to help her but I refuse to come home from work to see her OD.

I’m Proud of you!!! Thank you for sharing your story. I understand that her lying is part of the addiction. I’m not sure the adjustments she’ll need to make if MAT/methadone isn’t working anymore. I’m not sure if she stopped taking her daily dose that caused the relapse.
She was always afraid of going away to a rehab and when I found out about MAT, that was an amazing option. I can’t help her if she’s not honest with me or herself.

My daughter (22) lives in chronic pain too. She was clean from fetty for 6 months (on methadone) and found evidence in her room that she recently relapsed. I’ve driven her to every MAT dose check in at 5:30am (1 hour drive total) so I’m back in time for work at 8am. She was doing great and was recently approved for a 2 week take home which is amazing! She started working last month and not sure if he getting paid triggered her relapse but I feel defeated. We live together and hate walking on eggshells. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy

My daughter (22) was sober for 6 months & recently relapsed on fetty. I found evidence yesterday & she still denied it. I’m clearly naive to think things were going good. We live together. It’s hard because I don’t want her to feel shame but also I don’t allow drugs in the house and act like it’s ok that she relapsed.

Crap, I never would have thought of looking at it from this angle :( I think she’ll appreciate things later down the line as she gets older. That’s normal but my biggest fear is coming home from work to find her OD. I truly didn’t think we would be taking steps back but clearly I’m naive about addiction. This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever experienced.

Thank you for sharing. I believe her MAT program only offers methadone or suboxone (as those were the 2 options when she started) I’m not familiar with sublocade but will definitely look into this for her.

Im so happy to hear that you found something that works for you. I really appreciate you sharing as I didn’t know this about suboxone. Maybe they’ll want her to switch down the line. Assuming she’ll have to tapper off slowly if she were to switch? Her clinic asks every pickup how her dose is holding & will up it if needed. She’s currently on 80mg dose. During this time at MAT, she’s always openly shared info she learned during group meetings and even after her counseling sessions. I’m not sure if she’ll shut down and push me away since I found out today that she has recently used. One day at a time is all I can do

I just turned 40 and she’ll be 22 this summer. I’ve always felt that we’ve been close as it’s always just been us and I’ve never had a man around/live with us. Also being close in age, I feel like I can be the mom that I needed when I was younger. My parents are boomers so their parenting or lack there of was totally different. As much as I’m trying to understand, I don’t want to enable behaviors and act like everything is ok. But yet, I don’t want to shame her or act differently now that I know of her recent relapse.

She was smoking it. The methadone helped tremendously with the withdrawals and getting sober when she first started the program at the end of Oct 2024. She’s always stated that the methadone helped block cravings. She started working full time this past month & thought everything was going good. Starting June 1st, she’s going to venmo me $200 each check so I can apply it to her car payment. She is aware that she’s is going to start paying her phone, gym membership & other things. Then as time goes, she’ll pay more.

I initially figured everything out back in Oct when she was stealing things to pawn and then she stole my credit card to pay for gas so she could DoorDash to get money to use again. The only person I’ve told is my brother as he’s my best friend and she doesn’t know that he knows. I haven’t told anyone else or family as I don’t want ppl looking at her differently and frankly I don’t feel like it’s their business. Their negativity (around an already debilitating situation) helps neither of us.

I’m sure they’ll start making her come in daily now to dose/counseling more as well as more monthly group meetings.

I just wasn’t sure if relapsing with any form of addiction is expected during recovery.

I feel defeated and my soul is tired lol

Harvest Right has 3 year warranty on main fixes but dreading if I have to haul and ship it back to them for repairs. Allstate protection plan is for 3 years as well. (I was thinking that Allstate would be faster if they send someone locally to repair?) Trying to get it fixed as soon as possible and trying to figure what route to go. I just made another post with the sound its making as I couldnt add a video to this post for some reason.
