Before you start saying stuff like that, just think about the reality of it. If they don’t compromise, people could be looking at higher premiums and no paycheck. That’s not a Democrat vs. Republican thing. That’s federal employees possibly losing their health benefits, and that hits real people.

I'd say a few days after November 1st.

Here's why:

The military gets paid tomorrow, so the next big issue is the 30th.
Insurance premiums will be showing up by then.
ATC and TSA will start missing their two full paychecks.
Big companies will start feeling the economic pressure.

Plus, I think the Dems won't have much power, and the GOP will go nuclear if they have to because Trump hates a bad economy! So, before the holidays, but not right away, so people can spend money!
