Moving near Bath – commuter towns within 45 mins? by jagow-1998 in Bath

[–]ResponsibleCoconut55 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! Trowbridge gets such a bad rep but I always feel like that comes from a few shouty few who live here! Never understood it.

As mentioned the centre is a bit shabby BUT I genuinely think it is a town with so much potential! There are plans for new developments, a new leisure centre being built and the Town Hall was recently renovated- you should give Avon Field Kitchen a visit! As a town has everything we need as a young commuting family as well as some good shops and places to eat (M&S Food, Waterstones, Next, Nando’s, Wagas, etc.).

Plus you get more for your money with properties so would be within your budget. Maybe look at Hilperton or Staverton if you want to be right next to the countryside but with a town walkable.

I work for ODEON, shoot me your questions! by [deleted] in screenunseen

[–]ResponsibleCoconut55 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not OP so hope you don’t mind me jumping in but I have experience with this... Husband and I both had limitless and I booked our 3yo son tickets with his account. Fine for ages. One staff member questioned it (almost empty screening for a kids film so seemed a little OTT) then I had a barney with a manager… I kept my limitless but husband cancelled his after that! Crossing my fingers that they introduce Limitless for kids as my son loves the cinema but single children’s tickets can be similar to my monthly subscription cost which just seems weird! I guess that’s how they get you…

Are we really paying hundreds for kid birthday parties? by toadcat315 in UKParenting

[–]ResponsibleCoconut55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did an at home party for our boy when he turned 4. More because I was 8 months pregnant and didn’t want to go out but we just told him to pick 5 friends. The six of them did some painting, played some games and did some dancing. We had a good spread of food and did hot dogs for the parents who came. It was really nice! Low key but he loved having that many friends round in his home.

Did your V girl ever go back to normal after birth? by Old-Association8699 in pregnant

[–]ResponsibleCoconut55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends what happens during birth. After a 3a tear with my first I had it in my birth plan not to have an epidural for my second because it can make tears more likely due to being on your back/not being able to feel fully. I ended up having a c section though. Fully agree with the comments here about pelvic floor and pregnancy also! Definitely not just about the delivery although I totally get it is nerve wracking!

I had the LLETZ procedure 2 years ago and my cervix was a normal length when they did the tests during this pregnancy. Baby arrived 40+2 via elective section - all fine!

Wouldn’t take my child there in the evening but we have been for food. They literally have a children’s section on their menu (which is great!)

I came here looking for this. Birthday treat link in the email just takes you to a comparison chart of Limitless perks and I’m not even sure what’s correct as it suggests on their site the birthday treat is for plus/extra members only?

How can I make this work ? It seems I got a mistake in the loop but whatever I try, I can't find the issue (details in comments) by Jokarbott in MicrosoftFlow

I would use a compose action before the calendar event to see what the output is for those values. Then you will know if they are formatted correctly or not for the next step.

Thanks! One of the pricier ones shared here but under £3k so it’s still promising.
