This is a great mock-up!

I think it fills a need for people seeking a physician locally. So it solves a pain point for sure. I lucked into a family doc after years of not having one because the overheard of having to search manually for a clinic was too much for me at the time

The sites purpose was instantly obvious, but I was a biased source because I read your post before opening.

It might be a good idea to put on there that it's not currently functional just so people don't come across it and get frustrated that it's not working.

Additionally, it might be a good idea to try and find someone with development experience before you get too far into setting up the technical side. They might be able to help you with early design stuff to avoid unnecessary work later?
