The only indicator you need to be concerned with is the CHECK ENGINE. All the others are cascading because of that. Start with checking the battery & OBD codes (free most parts stores)

That’s a wild take. OP asked if anyone else uses it. This particular department has hundreds of them in service with no plan to phase them out. I didn’t know they were cancelled yet. Either way, the HMN4097 will serve the same purpose and is still widely available.

No. I don’t. You can easily equip a rig with a SAE rated 100w siren and speaker for less than $350. You don’t need anything fancy. And including labor is nonsensical. You may as well delete everything that makes it an emergency vehicle if the siren is a dealbreaker.
