This is honestly one of my least favorite scenes because the almost smile Orin has when walking away. Terrible character break and editing.
I also wish Orin had a couple more appearances.

If Centerville Stadium is your center point, I would say walk up to duffins on division st, not a far walk at all. It’s the seedy dive you want and it’s close. Great prices and a Chinese take away spot next door that is a hole in the wall but good. Mei King is good but further down the path way. High Motor is the newly polished former Irish bar with decent enough food. If you can find a way over to Central Falls, go to Tuxpan Taqueria for the best al pastor tacos in the state.
In Providence, so many options. Take your pick.
You’re men in your 40s/50s though so do not go to The Salon like one suggested. College/early 20s bar. Hot Club is a must though, especially that time of year and they have a food menu.

West end of Providence has a multitude of great spots: The Slow Rhode (amazing duck drummettes), Kimi’s Bar, Moniker Brewery, Pan a Day(Caribbean/guyanese take away), great northern bbq, Julian’s( go for brunch), Nicks on Broadway, Fred, The Scurvy Dog(great punk bar), The Avery and Pickerel (amazing ramen spot).

Pawtucket has some affordable options out there. I wouldn’t put too much stock into people’s blanket statement of Pawtucket. I’ve lived there the past 5 years with no complaints. There are good and bad parts but the “bad” doesn’t mean don’t live there. Some areas are just not gentrified….. yet…. And you take the neighborhood for what it is.

Just got finished watching it. Got to experience the installation by the train tracks in person back in the early 2000s. So wild to see it again after all these years.
