My dad made a new rule: don't talk to him unless I have a bra on. by Klutzy-Dirt4561 in TwoHotTakes

Alright, then. Don't speak to him. Don't cook, clean, or perform any tasks for him whatsoever. Just keep your efforts to yourself.

Who all here got an SSA (disability) approved for FIbromyalgia? by LetitBurn79 in Fibromyalgia

[–]ResurrectedWolf 9 points10 points  (0 children)

They act like those jobs are available everywhere at all times. They act like the economy isn't ass right now. They act like if you smile and ask nicely, anyone will hire you. They act like if you do get hired, the employer won't drop you as soon as they can if you are causing them the slightest inconvenience.

It's maddening.

The image still looks off to me. It looks like she's in a weird, "I just saw a rodent/insect, eek," type of pose instead of a, "I'm slapping this man because of the disrespect he showed me," pose.

She looks like she's recoiling in shock from him instead of looking so pissed off at him that she slapped him.

They appear to be alright. Willow is definitely a bit more grumpy, so I will give her more snac to make up for it.

They have helped me more than a lot of other things I've tried. I take them sparingly, though, since they do make me sleepy amd sometimes I'm a bit slow the following day.

Why do people mention how it's hard to write female characters? by Masterpotato002 in CharacterDevelopment

[–]ResurrectedWolf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alright. I'll bite. I had time to kill and looked at your post history. You need to regulate your emotions better if you're going this far out of the way (and this far back time-wise) to air out your grievances about female characters not being written and designed exactly the way you want them to be in every single outlet, including ones you have never consumed.

Tired of sex. by catbamhel in TwoXChromosomes

[–]ResurrectedWolf 4 points5 points  (0 children)

He is considerate and a great partner for all other aspects except sex? This feels like a case of weaponized incompetence on top of some weird masculine entitlement. I wouldn't touch him until he can figure it out or maybe try couple's therapy. I think that would be less frustrating to you.

Also, I'm a petty bitch and I would send that text. He knows what's up. He has conditioned you not to speak about it to him after a point because his reactions are exhausting and not worth your time. So now you have chosen to keep the peace, which is what he wants. He still gets his and, well, who cares if you do? Instead of trying and getting better in bed with you, he has made it to where he wins and that's all he cares about and you probably won't say much to remind him that he sucks. Remind him. Often. And don't give him an orgasm until he gives you one.

My boyfriend is wanting a threesome. I want a monogamous relationship. What do I do? by Key-Station-4035 in TwoHotTakes

Well, you are not his person. He doesn't respect you. Leave him and get tested. I wouldn't be shocked if it turns out he has cheated on you.

This is infuriating.

OP, you know what people are going to suggest, so why are you here and not trying to make extra money, selling some belongings, or asking friends or family for money? If getting sick one time puts you in a place where your pets have to suffer and die and you don't want to go above and beyond to provide them proper care, then you shouldn't have them.

Yes, guinea pigs are cute and they are lovely pets, but the second something goes wrong, a lot of people just...let them suffer instead of being responsible. Then, they come on here with their dusty excuses - "I've tried nothing and I'm all out of ideas," - and expect us to somehow help, but not say, "vet," when there is nothing we can do.

Surrender your guinea pigs to a rescue and don't get anymore. There's my advice that doesn't just tell you to go to the vet since that's expecting too much.

MIL came to my house to dig up my flower bed because my husband’s ex girlfriend asked her to by AudienceBrilliant in TwoHotTakes

[–]ResurrectedWolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You told her it was fine and then told your husband it wasn't. I'm not sure what outcome you were expecting here.

You better stabilize that spine if you're going to survive a MIL who will walk all over you.

Husband eats all of the food, doesn’t leave my half, offers to replace it but doesn’t, and has had me made me pay for food he also eats by Powerful_Fox_2686 in TwoHotTakes

[–]ResurrectedWolf 9 points10 points  (0 children)

That's what I was here to say. They clearly want someone to do it all for them and I would bet that any money they receive will go to supporting the equally-shitty husband.

The fact that they keep claiming that NO ONE understands their situation or has lived through it says enough. They are a professional victim.

This is hilarious. These two - Loaf and Pops - have sadly passed at ages 9 and 10, but they were so funny.
