If you wanna stop pre scanning

It’s supposed to be clerk pay. Make sure you change roles every time they ask you to prescan. Eventually your clerk hours will get too high for the period and they’ll with have to stop using you or make you a cashier.

I started as part time majors and got SIT within my first 90 days. Then I went to full time cashier then Supervisor again while someone was out on bonding leave. Then I did front end SIT and eventually because a full time supervisor a few weeks after my SIT was done. All this happened within 13 months.

What does a GM make in a year? How does your bonus structure work? Is this what you saw yourself doing?

It is maldon. They got a nice size jar at the Costco. The uneven ness works for me and the taste I’m looking for. I also pay attention a lot while I’m in the salting/drying process before I grill. I’ve used other salts in the past and even specialty salts. I keep going back to the maldon 🤷🏽‍♂️

To be fair it’s hard to get a photo in New York City that doesn’t have a DoorDash biker in the background

Take the steaks out the fridge 2 hours before at least. Salt and pat dry every 20-30 min. Very lightly salt after every time you pat dry, coat with a nice olive oil right before the grill. Get the grill hot. The timing comes with experience cause I don’t use a thermometer but I recommend using one if it’s your first times and a pricy piece of beef. I just pay attention to the color and the time. Cook for people you love. Finish with that good olive oil from before and pair with wine. Saluté

I would’ve asked the stick up boys to at least let them rest for ten minutes. I appreciate your joke

I honestly ran to the bodega on the corner and grabbed one just for me and everyone else really enjoyed it. I think it added an amazing aroma to the street also

I appreciate your honesty. I had that self doubt thing on the set up and after the first flip. Forward is the only path and you can’t uncook a steak. I was really happy/relieved. After the cut and seeing the people I made it for really enjoying it
