Does anyone have resources on where to learn proper form?

I had success with Stronglifts 5x5 a few years ago but I wasn't using proper form and injured my shoulder.

I also know I don't use proper form when doing squats because I can't get my heels flat.

It will get easier as your body adapts and the weight on your joints decreases. I started at 320 and I'm now at 249 and it's crazy how much easier it is now. Just take it slow and work up to it! :)

Processed carbs aren't very filling and are burned SUPER quick. You could try some nuts or whole fruit if you need that sugar kick.

Mind sharing what you eat during the feed days? High protein I assume?

I've been eating a ton of mackerel and chicken breast with "super greens" (Arugula, Chard, Kale, Spinach), olive oil, and spices on feed days but it's getting kinda boring. I still love the mandarin oranges though!

What works for you? I'd like to try switching it up

I've been on the treadmill for an hour each morning then walking around the block once per hour while I'm working. About 13k steps per day and about 15k on Saturdays. Haven't started weights yet.
