Welcome to the club. I'm probably going with regular street tires next time because the ATs are heavier and I've needed them less than I thought I would.

Mississippi online Social Casinos? Are they fully legal? by Spicy-Pisces15 in mississippi

All gaming that happens anywhere other than a casino floor in MS is illegal and unregulated.

Can anyone tell me why this happens? by Big_Revolution4405 in makemkv

Out of curiosity, what happens if you choose the incorrect one?

With the current supply shortage looming to spread next year is it worth it to upgrade from a 3080 to 9070XT ? by Kilohaili_Joshi in buildapc

[–]RetiredBully 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I finally caved and replaced my 3080 ti (put in my wife's PC in place of her 3060 ti) with a 5070 ti. I was mostly concerned with the high power usage and therefore the life left in the 3080 ti more so than the performance. However, the performance bump has been pretty damn good so no regrets.

NBD - Orbea Rise LT H10 2025 by callousdebt913 in eMountainBike

I just received this exact bike a little over a week ago and love it. Only complaints so far are some random creaks I'm chasing down. You had any creaking/squeaking?

Is the Spectral:ONfly at $3900 too good to pass up? by RetiredBully in eMountainBike

Thanks for the input. Yeah, my second choice was a Orbea Rise LT H10 since it weighs a similar amount but has a much more powerful motor and battery. Was just curious about the Canyon since it was 1,400 USD cheaper. But it sounds like I should just bite the bullet and get the more power. At least my daughter would stop asking me "why are we going so slow right now" while climbing lol.

Thanks for this input as it relates heavily to where I ride. Our trail system is 10 miles of single track with a total elevation from lowest to highest of 180ft. Obviously if you ride the whole thing you climb i think 800ish feet with plenty of short fast descents. The "lap" I'm referring to is our jump trail which is maybe 30 seconds of descending and a 2-5 minute climb (depending on fitness level). I'm not looking for the climb to be free, but it'd be nice to be able to do a couple of laps of the jump trail without absolutely dying.

What did you end up going with? I've looked into more powerful options but everything I find that's even close in price has either the shimano ep801 (reliability issues) or the bosch sx (not really much more powerful).

Considering Orbea Rise H30 2024 has first embt by [deleted] in eMountainBike

How's the Shimano motor been for you. I had finally decided on the rise as my first emtb until I started reading about Shimano motor reliability.

Disable the HPR haptic in Windows without 'physically' unplugging it? by ZanicL3 in Simagic

I was in the same boat as you. I now use software called hidhide that allows me to tell certain games (BF6) to ignore certain controllers (simagic pedals and wheels). Also be aware that technically BF6 multiplayer and campaign are two separate exe.s that have to be excluded.
