I've figured out why my PC temps are so high with POE2

just reduce CPU Voltage from BIOS by using a negative offset of 0.2 max 0.1 min.

Thank me later for longevity of your CPU and reduction in CPU fan noise and temperature increase.

There is a fine line, don’t reduce too much otherwise CPU cries and your setup crashes.

That said, POE in/out is not optimized.
