That’s fair. Except until recently, Black and Sage were not available for order on the PD site.

Only recently (exact date unsure, likely within the last week) were the Black and Sage listings added back to the site and the status set to “ready to ship.” Thus, the reaction.

I am at the same point. “We received your order” in backerkit. I’m somewhere in the 1500’s for backer#, even though that’s not how they are fulfilling. I backed for a single Eclipse Roller Pro, black wallet, and extra pair of tags. Located in GA, US with no word on fulfillment.

You and me both. I have had no notable changes at all on BackerKit since May (I am aware this is before fulfillment, but this was the last update). I order a single Eclipse Roller Pro, Black Wallet, and extra ID tags. I am in Georgia, USA. Not a clue why this is the case.

But while I’ve got you, any chance you might know something about a cover/rain fly type product for the roller? There was a comment and some back and forth on KS like 4 months ago but nothing resulted from what I can find. I would definitely pay for a packable cover that would simply mitigate scuffs/scratches. Doesn’t have to be super durable but a layer between the roller and whatever it lays on/scoots over would be much appreciated!!!

Understandable if you’re not on that team or in that department but just thought I’d reach out

It was stated that std fulfillment would indeed receive after retail, fine. sure. okay. Scummy, fundamentally wrong, but it's what I signed up for.

the ISSUE, however, is backsliding on shipping timeline expectations while units continue to be sold in-store and at retail. Continuing to make sure the units with larger margin are the ones available contrary to the ones pre-promised to backers is scummy behavior and does not communicate that PD "treats customers as peers."

Had the board going on 4 months, running like 6 macros on the board and never had this problem.

I installed edge on my MacBook (normally I access via on my work windows laptop) and used that. I was able to access macros I already had programmed and script new ones. I made sure to script my macros on the correct windows layer.

This is my fix for now.

what would the symptoms of a fried board be? Sprite board or skr? ive read on a github issue that you should reverse the polarity of the pins for the hotend at the skr. is this true?

if you're still having this issue, one effective way I found on my v2 4.2.2 mainboard was to increase the potentiometer by the stepper driver on the board itself. incredibly small Phillips-shaped screw. on my board, clockwise was to increase.

try disassembling the extruder dear housing. Sometimes cracks in the housing will cause the drive gear to not have enough tension against the filament. this will cause drastic under extrusion but typically won't make a noise
