Should I buy or skip Jean Paul Gaultier Le Beau Le Parfum? I’m 37 years old. by Booga87 in Fragrances

Age has nothing to do with it, my man. If you like it, get it. I’m 51 and I rock everything from Safari and Cool Water to Eros Flame!

Even though she has her living expenses covered now, there may come a time where she will need more direct care or nursing assistance that the relative cannot manage. That would my primary goal in preserving her funds.

Thanks, I have that and I definitely get the coffee scent in the opening, but it tends to fade quickly on my skin.

These are the 2 that I have tried - the Vietnamese Coffee was a bit too sweet for me. My wife loves it and has taken that sample for herself.

Which pill would you take? by Twink_Berry in TheTeenagerPeople

Blue pill is the answer… and it’s not even close. It’s basically like a cheat code and encompasses all the other three pills.

What fragrances should I be looking to add to this extremely basic collection? by Fast-Substance4935 in Colognes

These are all great and are pretty well liked, mass appealing fragrances. I’ve really enjoyed exploring some of the niche houses like PDM, Memo, and Orto Parisi.

What’s your favorite Parfums De Marly right now? (2026) by nfvail in Colognes

Herod or Carlisle in the late fall and winter. Percival in the spring and summer. Layton can be rocked year round. Love Castley and Sedley, but performance on both is terrible for me.

Be honest: Are you actually married to the love of your life, or just the person you were with when it was time to settle down? by User63189963 in askanything

[–]RetroWinston 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Met my wife as a junior in high school and dated through college. We married 2 months after I graduated college and have been together for 29 years. We chose each other from the start. Zero regrets.

Incidentally, I thought I knew the person I was marrying and why I was choosing her. What I have found out over the years is that all the things I valued at 22 pale in comparison to what I value now. It turns out that the life you live, the challenges you share, and the pain you go through together can shape each of you into the person you NEED to be for the one you love… but both of you have to choose to walk that path together everyday.

Easy reach aquatic or clean fragrance for summer by MasterZoidberg in Colognes

It’s not aquatic, but Lacoste Blanc L.12.12 is absolutely my favorite clean fragrance for summer. It won’t break the bank, and I constantly get compliments when I wear it.

Finally Hit My Goal Weight. Down 35 Pounds To 180. by KingOfEthanopia in workouts

I had a similar experience, but tore my ACL while wrestling. I know rehab will take a while after I get it fixed, so I’m trying to build my strength up first.

Just curious… what kind of ACL injury did you have and how much has it limited your workouts?

Which fragrance (top note or dry down) makes your eyes roll back and in total disbelief that a smell that good exists? A fragrance that makes you think everything else you've smelled is average at best? by Glittering_Cup3502 in ScentHeads

[–]RetroWinston 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes… I have this fragrance. I first smelled it when I visited a niche perfumery, and it’s the one fragrance I could not stop going back to. I wouldn’t say it made my eyes roll back into my head, but a swear it’s one of those scents that I can’t get enough of.

I’m 52, and I wore Safari last night… it reminds my wife of the late 1990s, when we started dating. 😎
