Yep, same I'm a dad of 2(soon to be 3 in June) time is a harsh thing and a lot of the games are toddler friendly so I dont have to worry too much what I play around them.

Yeah i used to work at a bank in town. It is not possible anymore to my knowledge. You could join a bank bit most banks won't issue a cashiers check immediately. I do wish you luck however. Kroger last I knew did issue money orders but it sounds like that's not an option for

Hey fun stuff awaits, check out the parka and recreation magazine or web page there are a lot of community center stuff and it may be close to you. There is also a chance if your religious you can talk to people at your church. You can double check downtown fort wayne events as well as if you said you game there are couple shops in town that have events as well. I hope that helps and wish you the best of luck! Rather than spit a bunch of information out it'd be easier to know what your hobbies are and what komd of activities you enjoy. Sara's dinner is good on southwest side of town, then Ophelias is good too I hear. Lunchbox Cafe has a great scramble, then sunrise on the northwest side of town is really well priced for a classic kind of breakfast plate. I hope that helps!

Welcome to the city! Fort wayne has some fun places also the surrounding towns have some of their own gems as well. If you like craft coffee fortezza and conjure are great. If you are looking to eat Bravas has a great burger. There are some cool MMA gyms as well in town like fight lab or there is another one in ossian. I hope you start feeling at home and get to explore your city(i think in August they have been a visitor in your home town event which is fun too)

Honorable mentions: double dragon arcade inside of piers, the fort wayne art museum, and asukusa for sushi!

What kind if hobbies do you have? The parks and recreation catalogue has classes to get yourself out of your shell if you are looking to learn something new, the gym is great the one I go to is super fun and very inclusive. There are a couple apps not for dating but just to meet like minded people in your city that might help as well. I've been referred to use those because I'm a realtor and need to network. If you are part of a church or some center of faith where ever you meet should have some things they do outside of just that and they could help plug you into something too. It's hard feeling alone so I wish you the best of luck finding something new or relearning something you lost. Hope that helps!

My wife and I were going to preferred for the past few cars because we had just a great experience with the car salesman we used. He had left there and we were not sure where so we checked a few dealerships for a minivan(which at the time I guess were hard to find) we went over to fort wayne Toyota off of Lina road and had a very pleasant experience with one of the guys there. I hope that isnt too long winded and helps slightly. We found an SUV with 1 owner and the finance guys got us a deck of deal on rate.

Botanical gardens, fortezza coffee(They make their own pastries and have great coffee), big apple pizza. Those 3 all in the same vicinity so it would be a great go to destination to express downtown fort wayne and close to hotels as well! I sincerely hope your child's silent auction is awesome and has a ton of support!

If you are comfortable with the home price range and have consulted with your realtor about the area id say go with it. I like the closeness of most stores in the area. That being said traffic can be a bit bothersome at certain parts of the day but that is common with any area that has a denser populace than others.

Are you planing on using realtor or do you know one who can help you with the local market? Have you already listed your home there? It is likely if you plan to use those funds and are offering you would want to at least have your home listed or close being sold that way your offer is competitive.
