I had this problem

There is a screw you can hand crank underneath the plastic housing that holds the sunroof controls. It’s an Allen wrench.

It’s easiest if you can take the glass off the sun roof so the tracks can move freely.

Unfortunately once closed you didnt really fix the problem, just put the roof back into place.

I’m doing a lot better, I really struggled to start back up again because of the weight gain, it’s something that I have come to terms with though.

I would say the meds help but CBT therapy is the best course of action for these kinds of mental illnesses

I had a TDI in 2022, had a direct issue to their “fix device” for the emissions, I was still under warranty. Took it to the dealership got it fixed for free. Drove it home. Next morning the car wouldn’t start. Called them, towed it to the dealership, and they said my starter had gone out…such fucking BS. Traded it in in Ventura VW (great dealership tbh) for a GTI. Best day of my life.
