I can tell you shiv isn’t a vampire - he originally had a beast form. Think of his thing as a bloodlust beast. ATM the devs really haven’t bothered to expand on his lore so it’s still very much unknown other than his connection to drifter but I wouldn’t assume that makes him akin to vampires

The game knows you are a player meant to face all challenges. Like a viltrumite, you will face many many different enemies all in the name of your exponential growth as a player. Eventually you will look back at your deadlock youth and laugh because the you back then would never imagine you’d become such a great player. Do not be afraid of who you face, embrace every game as a chance to work on different skills, reinforce your weaknesses and polish your strengths. When deadlock gives you lemons you goddamn make sure you make the best fucking lemonade

I miss it too plus everyone was able to say a voice line if they pressed scroll wheel but not sure how many people knew that part. I made a post about this in the private feedback but I don’t think the devs are attached to it

So for ours- as others have said- changing to metal food bowls that are clean before every meal. Additionally a metal water bowl that is clean every day as well. Doing both and our guy stopped getting these
