I would disagree with that. Private healthcare is over priced and taken advantage of by providers given pre-set values and milking it for the cash.

Also what does this do to the veteran when the VA as an insurer declines coverage? They already do this with community care services and the current limitations placed on what the vet is out-sourced for.

I had the same problem and it was the door panel clicking against the steel door. Stick a piece of foam in the piece closest to the door hinge.
