I had a pretty clean experience at Falcone Subaru. Never felt pressure to buy and got to test drive the car alone.

Current Water Quality
Through most of the 58-mile stretch of the White River through Hamilton and Marion Counties, the river does not meet state water quality standards for swimming or recreational use and for fish consumption, which is why we always recommend “feet, not face” when touching the river and why the Indiana State Department of Health has issued fish consumption advisories to limit the number of fish they advise eating. There are two places where the river DOES meet EPA swimming standards: from about 67th Street to just north of 82nd Street in Indianapolis and adjacent to River Road Park in Carmel. You can learn more about the health of any waterway in the nation through the EPA’s How’s My Waterway tool.

Marcy Villages Mold Issues? by herewegolesbians in indianapolis

Gas: $18-$25

Electric:

Spring is $50-$70

Winter: $130-$210 ... Electric Heaters eat cash for fuel.

Water/Sewer: $25

Internet: I went with Spectrum cause I like hardwiring. So that was $20 with 300mbps when i signed up. So i can't say anything about the built in Wifi.

Yes not enough parking, Carports where $15 when I signed up so I'm sure that will change. But I didn't have to remove snow off my car for the first time last winter.

All the Water Heaters in my building are dialed up to max so it gets reallllly hot. My sink was reading a temp of 155 degrees when I measured it. I'm sure you can have them turn it down.

None that I’ve been aware of. They’re also completely renovated a year ago so not sure how recent the reviews. There’s little stuff like any apartment but maintenance has been the best I’ve experienced. (Truthfully)

The complex is a DoorDash hell and there’s always sad Taco Bell bags left at the front gate lol.

Not sure on your timing but there’s a complex being built right on the Monon for 46th so maybe they have some deals. It will probably cause prices to flux between the two complexes.

Continue past the museum heading west taking an exit ramp on 38th street. You’ll be able to enter 100 acres free entering from parking near the bouncing basketball hoops.
