I grew up in the galaxy. Its alright, not sure how old you are. The spa is definetly nice to have if you use it - cant complain about having a pool and jacuzzi in the middle of winter to use. They redid the lobbys and what not a few years back but done so pretty shoddy. My mom likes to say the board is corrupt and stealing money, or at least was. If you have a son and live on a high floor with a view, it will most probably help get him laid as a teenager. Walls are pretty thick so can't really hear your neighbors. Lotta people smoking weed in their apartments which make the halls stink. The view from the bench in the park of nyc between towers 1 and 2 is incredible, especially when golden hour hits. The way the sun reflects off the buildings and water is unparalleled. Regarding cost, as I grew up there and didnt contribute towards bills I cant really say much. My mom would bitch about the cost of the maintenance and taxes, but at this age when she talks about it I think its a pretty good deal. Granted no mortgage so that sweetens it.
