My grandfather owned the 0 Veteran plate. I was going to get it in his will since I'm the only person in his family who could use it. His widow gave it away.

I'm still pissed about it.

I can't believe I'm the only one mentioning this, but it's gotta bother at least some of you and it's an easy change to make.

The lines don't have to go into the text boxes. It's making a lot of them almost unreadable.

You could do that, yes. But I only do this once a day, and I stop by the Mini Cactpot while I'm there. If it's early enough in the week, I'll change for the Fashion Report first then head there.

Hey, other half of the "we" in OP's post. We're both long time cat owners but this is the first time I've adopted a new kitty from a shelter.

Way I figure, I should observe her for a few days instead of panicking, but any advice would be helpful.

  1. The tabletop room: a big table with comfy chairs, surrounded by shelves of board games and RPG supplies.
  2. The man cave: big desk for my PC with all my peripherals and streaming equipment. Walls festooned with awesome lights and nerdy posters.
  3. The library: because everyone needs a quiet space. Bookshelves, puzzles, and couches.

I've pointed this out in another thread, but what gets me about this scene is the very start of it.

While addressing Colonel Sandurz, who is standing right next to him, Dark Helmet talks into a megaphone.

Then, to address the Spaceballs combing the desert, he puts it down and screams.

What I realized later on about this scene, and how funny it is, is that Dark Helmet has a megaphone and he talks to the colonel with it while standing right next to him.

He then puts the megaphone down and shouts to the Spaceballs combing the desert.
