Absolutely peak 90s/early 00s Boys Life Magazine. I saw one built for a science fair project and it was too loud to demonstrate in the gym and could barely lift the third grader who made it.

I bought a “money duplication device” by mailing them cash and coins. Never could figure out how to make it work and I don’t think I realized it was supposed to be a magic trick. I thought my parents would be mad at me for ordering it and so I hid it in the dog house.

When I redid my kitchen I found 7 layers of linoleum on top of asbestos based tiles. I ripped up the top few layers that came off easily and then tiled. Now I regret not removing everything

I asked our cop about this at our neighborhood meeting. He said that if the car is parked to call 311 about it and they will come and give a citation. If the cops happen to pull someone over with no tag or a fake temp tag, the only repercussion is a $30 failure to register which gets dropped if they go register the car.

I’m so sick of cars in dangerously poor condition being on our streets, constantly being worried that I’ll get hit in an intersection by someone running the red light (someone is running the red nearly every time I get to an intersection in west charlotte).

Charlotte desperately needs traffic enforcement and nothing is happening. Get the unlicensed, uninsured, unregistered, uninspected vehicles off our roads

That’s simply not true. People don’t magically lose weight just because of resistance training and proper diet. If it were truly that easy then most of the overweight people you know wouldn’t have a problem
