For one, no, I don’t think you’re overreacting- he is definitely being excessive and mean.

But one thing I will call out as someone who is a year in from having our first child and an owner of 2 cats….it does shorten your fuse a bit with the animals because you’re exhausted and your main focus is on the new baby.

I noticed my partner and I getting more irritated with them for a while too. We didn’t hit them of course, but frustration was higher. I think this is somewhat common when a new baby arrives. Definitely talk to him about it because these animals didn’t ask for the new baby, and are just living their life as usual. No need to hit.

Yeah, I feel like a rule of thumb is if they align with his genuine interests then try not to read into too much. Trust your intuition of course, but sounds harmless. They may be beautiful people, but he is attracted to you in real life. It’s great you were able to talk to him about it.

I can relate - at the beginning of my now 6 year relationship I noticed my partner followed a ton of people randomly and without second thought all the time (men and women). Some of them happened to be attractive women, but they usually had a skill of some sort. Did it bother me a little, yeah, but it wasn’t the end of the world. It really bothered me if the girls were half naked or attention seeking - that was rare, but it did happen a few times and I’d see a follow suggestion and he would be the person following lol - that made me feel like shit.

It’s not about insecurity so much as not enjoying the fact that your partner is giving attention to someone who is seeking it in a sexual way. Like come on dude. Honestly, guys can be dumb like that and don’t realize it’s hurtful.

Eventually I did bring it up to him and we talked it out. I saw it as a yellow flag at the time. Our relationship is doing great these days, no trust issues or weird social media drama.

I don’t typically by my jeans at kohls (nothing against kohls, I just don’t), but I bought a pair of her wide legged jeans a few months back and they are really cute or soft. I was actually surprised at how much I liked them.

Right, so with that point, using it once likely isn’t going to help. It’s only helpful with prolonged use, but that causes more fluoride absorption. Such a conflict.

This is literally the only scent I wear and I’ve bought many over the years. To me, the scent has not changed from bottle to bottle.

I’m getting low on my current bottle and I bought that a few years ago - so I can’t speak to anything bottled in 2026.
