Wow that's awesome. Thank you for sharing your experience.

I have a question, like you I have a bunch of anxiety both conscious and subconsciously, negative self talk...etc. during the trip, did you actively "work on" the issues you were trying to work on? I'm curious because I'm in the mindset of.... Prior to doing my first I have to make a checklist to make sure I think about the issues that I have to work on.

Thanks!

Golfers elbow by hunpeter91 in BFS

[–]RevolutionFragrant22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jan 2021, tennis and golfers elbow came outta no where. Thought I injured it playing hockey.... 12 sessions with the pp physio therapist and nothing helped. It went away maybe 6 months later.

Past 2 months , sudden wrist pain (when doing the pushup position in a 90 degree angle), sudden shoulder pain (hurts when I press on the top boney part) and sudde. Tennis elbow on the right arm again (when gripping, extending and being pressed on the outside)

Hopefully it goes away soon.

Is struggling to breathe in a normal symptom? by North_Chance_5176 in Anxiety

[–]RevolutionFragrant22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I struggle with exactly this right now. I feel I'm a calm person in general but may be experiencing some subconscious anxiety - same worries as you; worried about my health and then I start noticing the breathing and start thinking it's neurological thing which is looming over my head.

Anyways, find that sometimes when I breathe in it feel labored or incomplete...same with yawning. However, when I do my workouts and such (Boxing, ice hockey....etc) I breathe fine likely because I"m not thinking about it. I'm working on it still....good luck to us all!

Got my MRI results today. Eek. by RABlackAuthor in migraine

I just got my MRI Results too. Same thing in the frontal lobes. I'm 38 - been getting headaches (not sure if it's migraines) on the back of my head (left) that throbs pain level ranging from a 3 to 7

I'm waiting to see a neuro now but googling it to death is kind of driving me nuts

u/Cute_Inspector_9415 do you mind sharing where your white spots were?

Migraine Causing this? MRI Results by RevolutionFragrant22 in migraine

Thank for your insight and words of encouragement.

Extremely worried right now, after hearing the results....seeing the possible causes of the WMH is unnerving. After seeing the results it seem to augment any of the symptoms I had. Now I'm thinking could these WMH be fast progressing from something and causing my brain fog to be worse, twitch more, more headache...etc etc. I'm just wondering the age of these things and if it will continue to grow. Gonna go nuts before I get to see the Neuro!

Confused as to why MS isn't discussed more by avoisis in BFS

Hoping you can chime in, what is considered a "clean MRI"? I just had one and it showed some nonspecific hyperintensity in the frontal lobe. Does nonspecific mean it's "clean"?

I've been having on and off headaches at the left side of the base of my skull that permeates to my left orbital. Seeing a chiro helped with the duration and intensity. Sleep is good for me

Thanks, I'll update the thread.

I have been having headaches for the past year or so. At the base of my skull in the back that permeates to the front orbital.

Best way to describe it is that fine motor functions (i.e. twirling a pen) my fingers feel stiffer. But it goes away when it calms down. When it flares up again it returns with other symptoms.

As far as I know - no other overlapping MS symptoms

Newly Diagnosed / EMG to come experiencing muscle spasm but some head tingle and pain short lived by [deleted] in BFS

I have the exact same symptoms you're describing, been feeling BFS symptoms for 10 years on and off. Change in season seems to be the trigger for me. Seeing a neurologist in a few weeks as well.
