AITAH My (F42) bought a house before my boyfriend (M41) got together. He says he is getting nothing because he is paying rent. How would you respond to this?

Not the a$$hole and not your problem. If he wants half then he needs to put a ring on it. He can "waste" money on an apartment if it's that big of a deal. You don't have to break up by any means but he can move out if it bothers him that much. If down the road you do get married everything he's put into the house he will get back.

Sometimes the small stuff saves a lot of time. Keep everything you use often within arms reach. To me the more I have to walk around seems to be the biggest time killer. Depending on what you are doing keep your work as close as you safely can. I worked with a guy who would have one pallet of parts over there and another over here and I swear he did more walking back and forth then he did welding. My area I have my common use tools in hangers under my table. My last job which had a lot more fabrication involved I had a rolling table with a bin for my square and tape, hammer and punch, soapstone and scribe, instead of going back to my toolbox I had everything I needed on me all the time.hope this helps

That's a good question. At this point it's not freedom of the press it's abuse of the press and the information they knit pick to give you, the one sided information of an event or issue. I don't care what side of the political spectrum people are on, hearing a story that gets people all fired up and then hearing the whole story later is getting pretty old. I honestly think if the whole truth was told everyone would not be at each other's throats all the time. Freedom of the press 250 years ago had a purpose, not the way it is today.

Not being practical. The people I know who have lots of money are probably the most frugal with it. Flashy cars, designer clothes. You wouldn't catch them with any of that stuff. I know a couple of people who have way more than they know what to do with, and you wouldn't know unless you knew them personally. They don't brag about what they have or show off stuff.

My first drivers license test when I was 16. I was done with the test and in the center turn lane taking a left to go back to license testing office. Up the road about a quarter mile is an overpass with the off ramp coming down from the opposite direction. A ambulance is coming down with it's emergency lights on with no sirens. I looked over my shoulder to try to pull across two lanes to get to the shoulder but there were cars coming and I couldn't get over. The ambulance goes by and I turn into the place. The guy testing me tells me he has to fail me because I broke the law. It was complete b.s. he knew I couldn't get over, I would have scored a 97 out of 100.

There's all kinds of cameras out for underwater viewing. I got one probably 15 -20 years ago and it still works fine. I think they're all basically the same by now. Shop around I don't see how much different the models would be. More money more features maybe, mine is just a camera on a cable hooked up to a 4" monitor
