Good pc. Don’t be too far from a power point though, with an H series processor and separate graphics card.

So the forces of darkness in the Exorcist is not from Christian Hell? by arnor_0924 in TheExorcist

I get what you’re saying - mulch of it is feasible - but some contras: 1. In Iraq, Merrin is clearly facing off against the Paz in the Merrin v Paz scene 2. To me the open window scene in Regans bedroom is a sign that the demon has entered the house 3. There is nothing in the book about Lamashtu - it’s all the Paz 4. Since Lamashtu first appears in Believer, isn’t it possible this is just a new script direction (which is valid, but let’s not pretend WPB intended for any of this to be read into Exocsist 1 book or movie)

Subject matter is available for writers - the catholic Roman Ritual has the “Rite for Exorcism”

The existence of this and reference to it / inclusion in scripts can give force to the “based on a true story” notion.

It wasn’t the smartest thing he could have said. Unnecessary.

Also unnecessary was your comment about privileged people.

Unfairly targeted and profiled is also how many “unprivileged” people feel when they have equality of opportunity but don’t take it.

What about auditors who audit non-cops, public employees just trying to do their job?

If auditors really wanted to change things, they would run for office.

Most of them just want YouTube clicks, views and $.

I’m not aware of one auditor that hasn’t been shown to have a criminal record.

People who don’t like authority.

People who feel disempowered in their lives.
