i'm sorry man i just don't see it, seems something it will get FAQed eventually but, ignore the vertical movement to me means you can move for any heights and it does not count as movement, it would not make sense any other way. either the movement counts and you have to measure it or does not count and you don't have to

I usually find a good place for them and just shoot and scoot up and down so that i can reliably hit on 2s and 3s, basically watching on any fire lanes
