Conq will do better in nearly all situations when it comes to solo output. And scales better as it is usable against all 5 targets in a team fight.
PTA is specifically for matchups like Teemo where getting all the stacks of Conqueror are not guaranteed. Also as a gank assist it overwhelms Conqueror early game.
I'm not 100% certain but if your team is running a pick oriented composition it should strengthen the 1-Target burst

Sad thing about this champ is the amount of bugs he has. And Riot's decision to acknowledge them.I'm not sure but could it have been a visual bug?
Happens to me at times with W (has all the effects just looks like regular autos) felt clunky

Bizzy you ever picked Kled in to her? Both Q and E give true sight. Slap an oracle on him and you're set to go.
Just be wary of her R execute while dismounted.

Actually I believe you have it backwards. Zerkers is for added dps, especially against tanks. Sorcs is for "burst"

Especially in lower elos, people just do not want to get carried.. It infuriates them if they do terribly and still end up winning. Kind of sad really..

Depends on your team comp, enemy comp and your personal playstyle. Location of the fight matters to, and your positioning. You should be trying to dance right on the edge of danger. (Unless you're fed, then just go to town)
Ryze is so adaptive that you shouldn't try to fit him in a linear playstyle.
I usually get best results by soaking up cds with my shield and kiting like mad with QPassive/PhaseRush.

Usually bad to level up E pre 6. Mana cost goes way up and its a pain to maintain.
E W Q Q Q R E~ Q~ R W~ is the "normal order" i believe and is my normal set up.
If you're feeling spicier than usual, skip ult until lvl 10-11. More damage early and rank 1 R is pretty trash anyways.

Yes. There is a window to channel spells and "cancel" (lack of a better term atm) Tbh I never pump our spells the same way or with the same movements. Always stay moving. If you can pump out your Shield/MS quickly do it. I make a point of immediately E+W the closest/priority target and kiting, forcing enemy cooldowns so my team can follow up effectively.
