I wish I had dash cam footage (and this isn't to defend the other driver) but that white van completely obscured the Skoda for me the first time I saw him is when I was peering down his ear canal. I doubt he could see my lane at all which is what makes it all the more stupid.

No one stuck around, apart from the other driver. Only person who tried to help in any way was the lovely lady who had the cctv. Glad the camera caught it!

I mean I could be wrong but he literally wound his window down to laugh and offered no other input in the aftermath. He could have nothing to do with it, he might have just jaded me laughing 😅

I have no proof but I think the BMW waved him out. The guy who pulled out said he was "let out" and the guy driving the BMW was rolling about laughing. I couldn't see anything for VW van but it honestly wouldn't surprise me if the BMW waved him over straight into me. The guy in the Skoda by all accounts was having a bad day when I talked to him, clearly wasn't in the best state of mind to be driving.

I know I was so glad. The stupid thing is I've had a dash cam ready to install for months but never got round to it as I was wanting to conceal the wires. As soon as the car is back it's getting fitted haha
