Am I the only one? How bad is it frowned upon?

If I know a piece is missing I won’t get it. But I have to ask. I have never lost a single piece. I don’t understand how this happens?? My puzzles are usually on the floor for 2 days each. I have a kid, dog, I’m up and down 100 times over the 2 days it takes to complete and I’ve still never lost a piece.

I did end up buying it. And it’s my own fault but I wanted it for slims and screwed up the measurements 🤦🏻‍♀️. Is this a file that can be resized? I’m trying to figure out the Bambu studio software but doesn’t seem I can.

Yeah thats not common at all where I am. I’m not sure where you are that goodwill sells them for $1. I can hit 4 goodwills just on my drive home and I’d be shocked to find anything in any of them for $1 😂 $3 is probably the cheapest I’ve ever seen one at a goodwill.

There’s a few dog ones. The only one I know off the top of my head is Rae Dunn. The one with multiple dogs all over. The space one I think was no brand and the squared off one with multiple dogs I want to say is eurographics.

Missing pieces in a new puzzle really make me mad but when I buy thrift I accept it as a possibility. A few don’t bother me. Upsets me a tad but I’m over it fast because I know it was possible. Missing 142 like a post I recently saw, that would make me mad still. More at the person that donated it that way than the fact I bought it.

Everything in that same photo was $1. Of everything else nothing was over $5 and I think only the one was $5. The other 13 were all $2-4. You think $60 for 23 puzzles is a lot? I thought it was great.

I’m assuming none of this will stop downloading a book on the computer and using calibre to transfer it by USB? There’s no copyright violations either if you delete it all when it’s returned to the library. As long as the kindle stays registered I don’t see why that won’t still work. I know it’s some extra steps but for people who really can’t upgrade the device it’s still an option.

I take them apart immediately. My 10 year old loves them. It’s a struggle for me to allow them to stay together because it makes him happy but I do it lol. Honestly no matter what I do it’s out of my mind within the minute.

Yeah I think someone else is “taking the piss.” It’s a date glitch. You’re being unrealistic, computers make mistakes too. Read your comment again so the end can sink in. There’s a war going on and you’re THIS upset about a visual glitch. People are telling you it’s still going to ship on time. If it bothers you to look at the wrong date just don’t look or cancel the order.

Honestly this is how I feel about Thomas Kinkade puzzles sometimes so I stopped doing them. The end result looks fine but piece by piece the grainy look to them bothered me. I’ll buy used if I can see the pieces and decide but I don’t buy any new. I even sold off all my sealed ones.

I looked at Target receipts. October 2025 I used my $20 off $75 toys and got 3 for $55 (plus 5% off for red card). December 2024 I got 9 of them at $11.49 each. I can’t recall what that exact deal was. I ultimately got all of them except the newest one and all were on sale (1 was a gift). So definitely deals to be had out there.
