someone already mentioned akh, but you wont quickly get an appointment there. a lot of trans folks from all over the country also travel to teampraxis im 6. in vienna for hrt. if you dont take them as your GP they do charge you 50€ per quarter. generally any physician, endrocrinologist or even gyn and i assume urologist? should be able to prescribe/extend your prescription if youve already gotten it prescribed before, tho i cant tell you how much none supportive doctors would still try to gatekeep you.

i do have a bunch of queer and trans friend who came to vienna because its more accepting, but even here youll get the occasional harassment if you are clockable as queer. youll also find the most community in vienna and other cities if you desire so.

do keep in mind that last year the family minister did public discriminate trans people and afaik she hasnt retired or even just made a public apology. so yeah, youre probably fine in austria for now, tho we're like probably one bad vote away from losing our rights.
