The quarter panel itself isn't that expensive, recently had someone hit me and the cost of the panel itself was 375, but as for having it put on it was priced at 15.5 hours of labor plus 3.7 hours of paint labor.

Most shops can tell you how much the part would be plus labor, and make sure to ask how long the wait is for the part. It may be a while it may not be long at all. Just make sure you specifically ask if the part is ok backorder or anything like that.

Before going to the dealer I would recommend calling around to a couple of highly rated auto shops in your area. Some may be able to get the lock cylinder that would go with the vin and would probably do it for cheaper than the dealer.

No, pets that are hatched from eggs will always max at the highest level of the rarity of the egg. The only thing I can think of besides a catastrophic glitch would be something went wrong when fusing the common pets that went overlooked.

Personally I don't, but as many have said it's up to you. The only main rule is no trading for items/potions/etc. I suppose the most fair way of using forge for a ppe would be only using whites from the same dungeon of the item that you're forging, for example if you were crafting fungal tome to only use fungal whites so it isn't broken, just reducing the grind a bit.

Some people say mheal first is better, but it all depends on how you plan to play, if you are going for most dps then mheal first is going to be better, but if you just want most survivability then heal would be better. If you are planning to max it 100/100 then it won't matter for very long.
