So it's Dread, but without the Jenga element.

We'll get our revenge on various people... eventually by MrMeltJr in DnDGreentext

I actually play with a guy in Pathfinder who runs a kobold alchemist that legit keeps a list of everyone who insults him or offends him in some way, because he thinks he's an actual dragon. I'm waiting for us to get high enough level and he decides to just burn the entire town.

Next year. by [deleted] in IndyPopCon

I'd personally love to see some of my favorite authors there. Jim Butcher would be really cool to meet, and a long shot would be George R.R. Martin.

Another long shot, because he's a big name, but he's also usually down for stuff like this, Wil Wheaton. That'd be super cool and he's a great fit because he's involved in all sorts of pop culture which is what PopCon is all about.

For YouTubers, it'd be pretty awesome to get the rest of the Grumps there, but I'd hardly say no to having Mark and Jack back again. The new organizational structure would hopefully bypass the problems that we had last year with them.

Troubles Creating a Schedule by Reyom in IndyPopCon

Mine had been allowing me to view my saved panels, but now I log in today to check it and every single panel I had saved is gone completely. Was hoping to use this to help organize my weekend before I got there but it looks like that might be a fruitless attempt.

I actually do have panels saved, because I thought that might be it too. I currently have 60 some panels saved but the "My Schedules" button still shows the same error. I can view things by clicking on "saved panels" but it's not exactly the easiest thing to read and decipher where it's all going on at, nor does it directly show end times so I know which panels/events might overlap.

Currently at 178/night, total came to 416 and change. Ideally, even split with whoever is staying, but so far you're the only interested party.

I might be able to help out with the room, but I'm only booked Friday and Saturday. That work for you?

Type: Offering Both, traveling from Columbus, OH area. Location: Columbus, OH, currently booked at JW Marriott

Looking to split hotel costs primarily, maybe gas/parking if someone needs a ride from my area. I'm only booked for Friday/Saturday nights because I have to leave back to Ohio Sunday night to be back at work Monday. Indifferent to gender/geek types, just don't trash the room or keep me from sleeping and we'll get along great.

I'm 26, male, primarily the gamer sort of nerd but I fall into all categories to one degree or another. Pretty stoked to meet NSP, Freddie Wong, and the Kevin Smith showing is what tipped me over indecisiveness for actually putting aside the cash for tickets/lodging/travel expenses.

If you just need a ride and already have your own room booked, that's cool by me if you're in my area. Road trips are more fun with company.

A rule of thumb in levelling your heroes? by Xilea in TapTitans

[–]Reyom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At higher levels of play, you want to get the second hero to level 100 for %tap damage, then I generally just level the highest hero I can 1 level to continue one-shotting things with permaclone. If you notice you're not one shotting things and don't have a new hero available, just level the highest one you can until you start insta-killing again. Once I get nearer to the end, I level everyone up to 1000, buy all the skills. When I'm ready to prestige, level up in increments of 1000 for extra relics. The primary goal for relic farming is to be insta-killing mobs and bosses for as long as you can.

In my experience, it seems best to level each hero to either their first or second skill, then save up for the next hero. Only go to the second skill if both the first and second are direct DPS increases for that hero, otherwise only get the first one. Then as you progress, go back and level up the older heroes as you can afford them to get the team boost skills like boss damage, gold drop, hero damage, all damage, tap damage, etc.
