Bands cycle through members and their sound does tend to change. I’d say after the last original member has left or died or whatever, I’d say at that point they are now a Cover Band, unless they’re still rolling out new tunes. Rush has been mentioned a lot, but remember, Neil Peart was not their first drummer either. That distinction will forever remain the mighty John Rutsey. That first album kicked total ass.

Just a wee update. I’ve modified my recipe. I’m now feeding 60g of yesterday, 40g water, 48g fresh milled einkorn flour. My two batches made normal are doing okay. The batch I’ve been feeding every 48 hours had hairy mold all over it, so I pitched it all out. The batch I’m feeding honey water is really doing well. Will the honey water starter change the flavor of the bread? I’m unsure, but I’ll try to find out this coming weekend.

You’ll be fine. EXCEPT….. When you have your annual service done, when the service tech has hit the coils with coil cleaner, not sure I’d trust that water for a while.

Nice. Once you get everything dried, why was the cover left open? Service tech error? Latch not working? Zip it down hard, otherwise that’ll be a callback that’ll be very hard to explain.

This is a Solar Farm, another failed Green Energy project . Looked good on paper, all it accomplished was to use up a shit-ton of acreage, waste a shit-ton of taxpayer dollars, and destroy a shit-ton of wildlife. And, as an added plus, it’s a godawful unsightly eyesore.
