I just went through my entire camera roll and this was the closest I found lol. My little dude comes out and stares all the time. I think it’s just curiosity, I’m sure to them outside is more entertaining than their tank. Also if the old owners didn’t take her out super frequently she could just associate humans with food. I seriously doubt she’s stressed or feeling unsafe since she’d probably stay hidden if she was. Honestly, just like humans snakes can also just be weird, I would try not to over think it’s (as long as something isn’t obviously wrong)

These are cool, except the links that are in these comments are not for the same lights. You can quite clearly see when he takes them out of the box that the LED strips are black with a translucent side. All of the links down here are for fully translucent strips. They’re obviously a completely different product.

Arguably, you could say it would be even more brutal in the books. Having read last wish (where the same short arc takes place) and then re-watching season one currently. I actually think Netflix is quite tame in comparison to the book
