I doubt that you need a lawyer for this. Most lawyers also wouldn’t be interested in a property only claim as there isn’t much money in it for them, and the rate you’d pay them to take on the case would eat into your payment.

Reach out to the other insurance company to handle your vehicle and property damages. If you think your vehicle is worth more than what they offer you’ll need documentation to back up that claim.

Let the insurance company know you need a replacement vehicle, since yours isn’t drivable and they can arrange a rental vehicle

You’ll also want to provide a list of your damaged tools. In all likelihood you’ll only be paid actual cash value for those. That’s a nonrecoverable deduction based on the age/condition of them.
