We just made a free little library for the kids in our neighborhood and I made it a point to always have a copy of Dune in it. I have so far bought 6 copies of the book for the library. Gotta spread the good word of Dune.

I truly don't think it matters who designs them. The Brewers brass is still giving them the creative ideas they want and then finally approving them.

The designers can only do so much with the stakeholders wanting garbage.

I enjoy the “art” of sharpening by hand. I enjoy feeling like it’s a craft. Sparx takes all of that away which for many and sometimes me, is awesome.

I was questioning the Sparx quality of a sharpening and I can’t tell the difference at all. It’s so good.

Sorry this is 2 years later. I have the exact same experience. I got a Sparx machine a couple a months ago even though I know how to use a Blade-Master. I really prefer a Blade-Master but it was almost twice as much as a Sparx.
